The Table Penang cafe is a small cafe just before the junction at Lebuh Carnarvon, Georgetown, Penang. The cafe is cool and the owner and staff was very warm and helpful. They just launch by December 2014. It’s a new cafe but starting to pull local and tourist crowd or any passers by. Beside their good coffee, they also have this colorful burgers for the adventurous spirits.
This is one of halal cafe in town, actually i rarely seen halal cafe in Georgetown. Menu varies from western and desserts. Good choice of menu. They also sell homemade cookies in a jar. The cafe decor is nice, furniture’s are made by the owner himself.
I have ordered Chicken Grill serve with fries , vegetables and black pepper sauce. The decoration is perfect and very nice and I ordered Daddyblackie, this is set black burger that served with 100% Australia minced beef, melted cheese, French frise and fresh salad and tomato. The taste is very good and of course I will come and order it again.
For the drink, I have ordered Mocha blended and Coffe Latte. For the Mocha, they served in a jar and served with whipped cream and some coco powder. And for the coffee latte, the served with art on the top of coffee. The design will make me smile and don’t want to stir the coffee. The taste of course delicious. Not to sweet and creamy. I’m really love it.
. I am sure I will come again to this restaurant. The price is reasonable, nice interior design.
